To purchase products first find the items you are looking to buy:
Search for Products
Click on the "Product" Category Tab at the top Homepage.
Select The Product department you are looking for ( i.e Paper Hand Towels )
Narrow your Selection by Highlighting the relevant product information on the left .
Then Click on a product to see more information about it.
You can also find products by entering some text in the Search box on the top of every page. This will take you to an index page showing all the matching products. From there you can click on a product to see more information about it and add it to your basket.
Buying Products
To buy a product click on the "Buy" or "Add to basket" button.
This adds the item to your basket.
Click on "View Basket" to see all the items that you have indicated that you want to buy. To continue browsing and looking for further items click on the "Continue shopping" button.
You can also enter the quantity and click the "Recalculate" button for the totals to be amended.
The basket shows the total price and the UK delivery charge. ( Majority of orders are FREE Delivery )
If you require delivery to a remote postcode or isle off the UK the delivery cost will be amended when checking-out.
To complete the purchase Click on the Payment option required .
Either Register for the first time with your Details or log back in to your existing account .
Please Check your Billing and Delivery address are correct before completing payment
Payment
Payment can be made by Credit / Debit Card Or Paypal
Payment On Account / 30 Day Invoice
This can be done on-line, phone, fax or email
If you are an existing Account Customer please call our friendly Customer Services team to set up your on-line password.
Confirmation
Once complete you will receive a order confirmation and a payment confirmation by email.
